Referring clients can earn rewards if the new studio client:
1. Qualifying booking
Referring clients will receive a reward for qualifying bookings where:
The referred client books the studio at full price
The booking is not cancelled
The booking is paid for in full
The referred client is not already a client of the studio - either a client/brand/agency who has already booked or attempted to book the space, or is previously in our database prior to your referral
2. Collecting rewards
For qualifying bookings:
Rewards will be paid in $50 Amazon Gift Cards to the Referrer.
Referred client will receive $50 off their first booking and will be noted on their invoice.
Referring guests may earn up to $550 through the referral program. Gifts beyond this amount may be distributed after the referrer completes an updated W9.
Rewards will be transferred to the referring client three days after a qualifying booking has been paid in full to the email/mailing address on-file with Blank Studio NYC.
If Blank Studio NYC cannot complete the reward transfer—for instance, if the email or mailing address on-file is invalid—the balance of the reward may be held until the additional information is provided.
The referring client will be responsible for any taxes that result from a reward.
3. Promoting referral links
Host referral links are intended to be shared between friends/colleagues. Publishing the link, such as through mass emails or spam, advertising, forums, or coupon sites, may result in disqualification from the Referral Program.
4. Termination & Changes
Blank Studio NYC may terminate or change the Referral Program at any time and for any reason and without notice.
5. Updating the terms
Blank Studio NYC may update the terms of this program, including the gift amount or qualifying activities, at any time without prior notice. The changes will be posted to blankstudionyc.com/refer and will be effective at the time of posting. Continuing to participate in the Referral Program will constitute consent to the program.
